We designed and built the web workspace where data teams connect their tables, set up predictions and review model results, working alongside Kumo's platform engineers from first prototype to launch.
Cloud, SaaS and AI governance
We built customer-facing dashboards that pull cost, security and compliance findings from many cloud accounts into one view, and automated the reports their customers used to put together by hand.
Sovereign AI infrastructure
We built the developer console where teams set up memory, retrieval and model routing for their AI assistants, along with the usage dashboards that sit on top of it.
Gamified microlearning
We built the mobile app where employees learn through short, game-style lessons, and the admin panel where managers assign training and follow their team's progress.

Flows and interfaces first, as clickable prototypes, so you can react to something real before we write application code.
Working software on a staging environment every week. You test as we go, and priorities can change between iterations.
We deploy to your infrastructure, set up monitoring and hand over documentation. Many clients keep us on a retainer.

We started Eterna after years of watching good projects fail in the gaps between sales, project management and engineering. So we built a studio without the gaps: a founder leads every project, and the team that scopes it is the team that ships it.
